The Administrative Assistant is accountable to the Director – Planning & Performance and Director – Quality for the provision of confidential administrative services. The Administrative Assistant provides supportive functions to the Directors related to planning, scheduling, communication, report development, and meeting coordination.

Minimum two years related work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing
Must be at intermediate skill level for Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint and Visio
Asset:
~ Experience with Smartsheet and Canva design software
This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
