HR & Recruitment Director

The Bilingual HR Manager (French/ English) is a strategic business partner responsible for leading human resources functions across multiple locations, with a focus on both English and French-speaking regions (primarily Ontario and Quebec). Serve as a business partner to management staff on organizational effectiveness and talent management.
Employee Relations : Legal Compliance : Manage employment-related legal files and ensure HR policies align with provincial legislation across all locations.
Compensation & Benefits : Oversee the administration of annual salaried/hourly compensation reviews and benefit re-enrollment programs.
HRIS Management : Maintain employee data and generate management reports.
Talent Acquisition : Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Language : Full professional fluency in English and French is mandatory for supporting diverse regional teams.
Prior experience in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role, ideally within a electrical or industrial environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is typically required.
Professional designations such as CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) are highly preferred
