Client Service and Sales Representative

Richelieu Hardware is looking for a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our Vancouver branch.

Sales Growth & Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within your territory.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Client Engagement & Sales Execution: Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to successfully close sales.

Performance & Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives while maximizing profitability.

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and prompt resolution of customer inquiries or concerns.

3 -5 years of experience in outside sales and/or business development, with a proven ability to prospect and grow new accounts

You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that support their business success while driving Richelieu’s continued growth.
