We’re looking for a Prep Cook/Line Cook who’s passionate about creating great food in a fast-paced kitchen. If you love working with fresh ingredients, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy being part of a dynamic kitchen

Prepare and cook menu items to specification, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Assist in prepping ingredients and setting up stations, following recipes and kitchen guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Collaborate with your kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
Monitor food stock and supplies, assisting with inventory management and minimizing waste.
Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands, ensuring orders are prepared quickly without sacrificing quality.
Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required.
Experience working prep or on the line in a high-volume kitchen (or a strong willingness to learn)
