Forklift Operator (temp to perm) Immediate Start

Think you’ve got the best hands in the warehouse? Randstad is looking for a skilled Clamp Forklift Operator to join a major appliance distribution center in SE Calgary.

Technical Work: You’ll be navigating a fast-paced shipping dock using clamp attachments for "big and bulky" inventory.

High Standards: We need operators who value quality over quantity—moving stoves and fridges with zero damage.

Great Hours: Finish your workday by 1:30 PM and enjoy your afternoons.

21.00 per hour with weekly pay and 4% vacation pay

High potential to transition from a temporary role to a permanent employee

Shift starts at 5:30 AM until 1:30 PM

Monday to Friday day shifts—enjoy your weekends off

Safely operate a Sit-Down Forklift with a Clamp Attachment to move appliances.

Load and unload trailers, ensuring products are handled gently to avoid damage.

Perform Shipper/Receiver duties, including verifying paperwork and manifests.

Stack and stage large appliances (fridges, stoves, washers) in the correct zones.

Use RF scanners to update inventory and process incoming shipments.

Valid Forklift Certification with proven experience using Clamp attachments.

At least 1 year of experience in a Shipping/Receiving or Distribution role.

Experience handling appliances or "Big & Bulky" freight is highly preferred.
