NIGHTSHIFT Forklift Operator Warehouse

Randstad Canada is looking for experienced MHE Operators to join the team of a brand-new, massive home improvement distribution center in Balzac. we need versatile pros who are comfortable jumping between the Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Electric Pallet Jack (Walkie).

Since this is a brand-new building, you’ll be part of the crew that sets the standard for how things are done. We’re offering a great pay rate of $21.00 to $22.00 per hour and a steady afternoon schedule that keeps your Fridays and Saturdays completely free.

21.00 – $22.00/hour with consistent weekly pay.

Work Sunday to Thursday (3:45 PM – 12:00 Midnight). Enjoy your weekends!

Work with the latest equipment in a bright, clean, and modern building.

This is a stable, ongoing role with a global leader—not just a quick contract.

Be one of the first people hired at this site, with plenty of room to grow.

You’ll use the Reach Truck for high-rack put-aways, the Dock Stocker for loading trailers, and the Walkie for quick order picking.

Helping us organize the new warehouse by placing home improvement goods exactly where they need to go.

Using Voice Pick to keep track of inventory so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

Working with the rest of the launch team to keep the warehouse clean, safe, and running smoothly.

You must have a current certification that covers the Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie.

At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
