We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team and support the accurate and timely processing of payroll. The Payroll Clerk will assist in collecting, verifying, and entering payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Collect and verify employee timekeeping records, attendance, and related payroll information

Enter payroll data into the payroll system accurately andtimely

Process payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and deductions

Assistin preparing payroll reports and summaries for management and accounting

Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and company policies

Maintain payroll records and documentation in an organized and confidential manner

Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to reconcile payroll data and resolve issues

Support audits and payroll-related compliance activities as needed

1-3 years of experience in payroll processing or clerical accounting role preferred

• Basic knowledge of payroll systems and procedures
• Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., associate degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or HR preferred
