- *Do you enjoy the idea of managing your schedule, avoiding the watchful eyes of a boss, and, most importantly, working with puppies? Poo Pickers is currently hiring individuals with good character, reliability, attention to detail, and a solution-seeking mindset.
- *We take the poo with us, and it's dropped off at the end of the shift at an eco station.) While a small pickup, mini-van, or SUV is ideal, a car can work too.
- *Pay:** $21 to $25 per hour on a sliding scale based on the quality of your work and efficiency.
- **Shifts range from 2 to 8+ hours per day, 2-4 days a week, depending on the route and your availability. Full-time hours are available during our busy spring season, Monday to Friday.
- *This is currently a part-time position, but with our rapid growth, you can expect opportunities for increased hours consistently. It's a contractor position, offering all the benefits of being self-employed without the logistics of running a business.
- *Contractor Requirements:**
- Comfortable working around and handling dog waste.
- Comfortable around dogs of various temperaments.
- Own a mini-van, SUV, or truck (cars can work with creative solutions).
- Willing to work in all weather conditions year-round.
- Effective and friendly customer communication.
- Enjoys serving people and delivering high-quality work.
