Sales Order Administrator / Customer Service

Bilingual Sales Coordinator Location Toronto, ON : Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit. Creating and implementing sales processes and identifying opportunities to create efficiencies in the marketing of our services and the onboarding of newly acquired clients.

Supporting market research to identify new business development opportunities and prospect lists.

Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.

Supporting the writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.

Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists, predominantly Aon Connect.

Tracking submitted proposals and sales activity, and providing feedback to management.

Supporting producers in the generation of meetings for the practice.

Develop Aon IQ and Health Solutions acumen.

Supporting the development of marketing campaigns and market facing communication/sales strategies to enable the business to win

Diligent CRM through Aon Connect, regular contact with prospects, and maintaining a pipeline to achieve sales targets for the year

This position delivers first class customer service, maintains, and develops relationships with potential customers. Minimum 3-5-years of experience in a sales focused role or environment;

Demonstrated ability to manage business development activities, projects and reporting;

University degree is an asset.

French / English bilingualism preferred due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
