Sales and Customer Service Agent (part-time & full-time)

As a result, we will only consider the most qualified sales candidates who also possess excellent interpersonal and social skills. Experience working in a dress boutique is not necessary but definitely a HUGE PLUS. Experience with sewing is also not necessary but would be an asset as having the ability to mend snags and imperfections on the fly is very helpful to close a sale.
We are seeking to fill full time and part time positions. Applicants must be available weekends and evenings
- Familiarizing yourself with all of Annabelle Prom's merchandise- Reliable and punctual- Maintain knowledge on industry trends- Keeping up Annabelle Prom's store image as being a professional, customer-oriented, and friendly environment- Maximizing sales by finding the perfect dress as per the customers needs and wants, creating an individualized and unique experience for every customer- Being a positive team member
High school diploma- Excellent sales skills- Positive attitude and mindset- Excellent communication skills- Enjoys working with the public- Exceptional sense of style- Minimum 2 year sales experience- 2 year clothing sales experience (preferred)- Sewing experience (preferred)
Position Requirements The successful applicant will:- Be able to lift at least 40 pounds- Have fine motor skills with both hands (to lace up a customer's dress, for example)- Speak fluent English- Be able to use a computer point of sale system- Be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Due to the physical nature of the position, applicants must be able to stand on their feet for the duration of their shift, carry and move heavy dresses back and forth from fitting rooms, and move large shipment packages weighing 40 lbs.
