Operations Administrative Assistant (Temporary)

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our North Vancouver team. You will play a key role in coordinating administrative activities and assisting with project-related tasks; this is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role, based on performance and business needs.
Perform general office tasks (printing, scanning, copying, binding)
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for projects and staff
Coordinate site visits and travel arrangements
Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries
Assist with timesheets and administrative/accounting tasks
Arrange maintenance and repairs for office equipment
Provide general administrative support as needed
1–2 years of administrative or related experience
- Experience in a professional services environment is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
