Inside Sales Representative/Showroom Sales

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.
Customer Issue Resolution: Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Technical & Cost-Effective Solutions: Support Sales and customers in identifying the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions.
Order & Quotation Management: Handle inbound inquiries (phone, email, web) for electrical motors; Lost Proposal Analysis: Analyze lost proposals, identify root causes, and recommend actions to improve future outcomes in collaboration with Sales and Business Units.
Customer Relationship Management: Recommend solutions and coordinate internally to ensure end-to-end handling of customer requests (production, scheduling, pricing, invoicing, etc.).
Performance Tracking: Monitor promised ship dates and track sales performance against targets; Continuous Improvement: Share insights with management to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Education & Experience: Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent relevant experience. Candidates with 3+ years of inside sales experience and a strong technical background in electrical motors are highly valued, even without formal education.
Experience in the industrial motors sector is highly valued; SAP and logistics knowledge are considered assets.
