As an HR Specialist, OE supporting Global Technology Solutions (GTS), you will work on high-impact organizational challenges from operating model redesign to AI-enabled workforce transformation partnering directly with business leaders to drive enterprise outcomes. TD's Organization Effectiveness (OE) Centre of Excellence partners with business and HR leaders to design high-performing, efficient, and scalable organizations. Reporting to the AVP, Organization Effectiveness, this role takes day-to-day direction from a Senior Manager, OE aligned to the portfolio.
Partner with OE peers, HR Business Partners and GTS leaders to assess, design, and implement organizational structures aligned to business strategy
Play a key role in business transformation / building the future workforce (AI operating model, job and org redesign, future skills)
Apply data-driven insights (workforce analytics, benchmarks, org health metrics) to inform decisions
Support implementation of changes and ensure solutions are practical, measurable, and sustainable
Influence and contribute to enterprise OE programs, tools, and continuous improvement of methodologies
3-5+ years of experience in organization design, management consulting, or related field
- Ability to synthesize data and present executive-ready insights and recommendations leveraging Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel, Co-pilot)
- You will partner closely with a Senior Manager, OE who leads the GTS portfolio. You will collaborate with OE peers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to deliver organization design solutions that balance speed, risk, and long-term organizational health. You will lead select projects and/or initiatives to support the evolution of the GTS function.
As part of the OE Centre of Excellence you will contribute to strategic initiatives, influence business leaders, and help build modern, agile organizational structures that enable TD's strategic priorities.
