Our company is looking for a Bear Viewing & Cultural Guide to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Positive interactions with the guests;
- Guest safety and experience;
- Uphold agreed upon Codes of Conduct and Operations Procedures;
- Minimizing impacts on bears & wildlife;
- Support retail sales in the onsite store;
- Reporting and record keeping;
- Support other staff in performing their duties as required;
- On-going maintenance and upkeep of the camp, buses and visitor center;
- Safely transport guests in shuttle buses;
- General housekeeping & cleaning tasks.
Requirements:
- CBVA Guide Certification;
- Valid driver’s license preferred;
- current First Aid Level 1 Certificate. OFA 3 or wilderness first aid an asset.
