Responsibilities:
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate;
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement and ensure the completion of forklift operation training;
- Enforce the safety practices for all forklift operators;
- Assist in the hiring of forklift operators in various departments;
- Perform stock allocations and forklift responsibilities as a hands on lead;
- As the Material Handler expert, you will be providing leadership, training, and guidance to all forklift operators.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience working in a leadership role (preferrably in an manufacturing company);
- Minimum of 5 years of experience;
- Certified forklift license (Counterbalance).
