- Develops and executes A/B testing approach for: e-commerce, digital & social, driving acquisition and conversion while optimizing costs;
- Manage site taxonomy, merchandising, and site search;

Requirements:

- Proven ability to understand the full customer journey from end to end and effectively evaluate copy and creative;
- Ability to report/evaluate media performance results and drive insights for the business;
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills;
- A consumer first mindset;
- Proven ability to communicate and influence across teams.
