Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes A/B testing approach for: e-commerce, digital & social, driving acquisition and conversion while optimizing costs;
  • Manage site taxonomy, merchandising, and site search;
  • Ensure inventory and merchandising is optimized to sales;
  • Manage 3rd party e-commerce merchandising, promotional content;
  • Manage Direct to Consumer website;
  • Work with agency partners to optimize creative;
  • Optimizes site to drive conversion and enhance customer experience;
  • Provides input into marketing & communication planning;
  • Manage SEO;
  • Responsible for digital media buying, working with community manager to optimize social spend;
  • Manage CRM deployment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant ecommerce & digital experience;
  • Proven ability to understand the full customer journey from end to end and effectively evaluate copy and creative;
  • Ability to report/evaluate media performance results and drive insights for the business;
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills;
  • A consumer first mindset;
  • Proven ability to communicate and influence across teams.
