Our company is looking for a Avaya Technology Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, installation, maintenance, integration and management of products, services, and technologies (current and new);
  • Respond to support requests in a timely and accurate fashion;
  • Create system configuration and customer topology documentation;
  • Plan and manage monthly back-ups and maintenance on all core equipment;
  • Establish and maintain a proactive approach to monitoring and managing telecommunications environment call center and telephony infrastructure;
  • Maintain and review Service Level Agreements (SLA) assuring business requirements meet performance expectations;
  • Drive project implementation requirements, deliverables and managed services.

Requirements:

  • ACSS-7895 – Avaya Contact Center Select;
  • ASDS-3781 – Avaya Midsize Solution Design;
  • Required certifications include: ACIS-7720 – Avaya IP Office™ Platform;
  • ACSS-3000 – IP Office™ Platform;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience of in-depth knowledge and experience with Avaya.
