Unified Communications Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Unified Communications Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend improvements to existing services;
- Mentor, guide, train the support/operations teams through online sessions, documentation and site visits;
- Office 365;
- Voice (Teams, Direct Routing, Call Center integration);
- Design, improve, implement automation processes with a goal to reach a zero-maintenance, zero downtime infrastructure where applicable;
- Instant Communications (Skype / Teams).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in computer science preferred;
- CIAM, MCSA, MCSE, MCSD certifications preferred;
- Proficient English communication skills are required;
- Travel required for up to 25%
- Proven track-record of successfully participating in technical implementations of new services as part of a project team.
