Our company is looking for a Unified Communications Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and recommend improvements to existing services;
  • Mentor, guide, train the support/operations teams through online sessions, documentation and site visits;
  • Office 365;
  • Voice (Teams, Direct Routing, Call Center integration);
  • Design, improve, implement automation processes with a goal to reach a zero-maintenance, zero downtime infrastructure where applicable;
  • Instant Communications (Skype / Teams).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in computer science preferred;
  • CIAM, MCSA, MCSE, MCSD certifications preferred;
  • Proficient English communication skills are required;
  • Travel required for up to 25%
  • Proven track-record of successfully participating in technical implementations of new services as part of a project team.
