Associate Pastor of Family Ministries Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Associate Pastor of Family Ministries to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Youth – Junior and Senior High youth programs (currently running concurrently on Tuesday evenings);
- Families – Family night program with classes for adults and children up to Grade 8, currently running on Thursday evenings;
- Maintain an authentic, growing walk with Jesus Christ;
- Lead programming as follows: Children – Sunday school classes for nursery to Grade 5 on Sunday mornings; summer VBS and camp programs.
Requirements:
- Able to proclaim the message of the Gospel clearly and articulately;
- Comfortable with public speaking, leading small groups/classes, team building and one-on-one coaching;
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop a good rapport with a variety of people, with a focus on children, youth and parents;
- Dedicated follower of Jesus capable of fully supporting the mission and vision of TBCO.
