  • The candidate must have a deep understanding of biblical teachings and be committed to upholding the values and beliefs of the church.
  • The candidate should demonstrate a passion for community outreach and evangelism, and be able to develop and implement programs that engage and serve the local community.
  • The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with other church leaders and members to foster a positive and supportive community environment.
  • The candidate should possess strong organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage schedules, coordinate events, and provide effective pastoral care to congregation members.
