Our company is looking for a Manager, Cloud Infrastructure – Production to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, architect, and implement multi-site disaster recovery;
  • Identify and implement high availability architectures to remove single points of failure;
  • Work closely with the Security team to deploy and audit production infrastructure;
  • Manage our Amazon Web Services platform, including cost management, security and implementation of new services;
  • Support complex network environments including problem analysis; network troubleshooting, and network maintenance;
  • Maintaining documentation related to infrastructure design and implementation;
  • Personnel administration, including development of development plans for Systems staff;
  • Prioritize deliverables and establish short term, mid-term and long term plans;
  • Working with other teams to deploy new services and solutions;
  • Diagnosing and resolving outages and following up on root cause analysis;
  • Responsible for system provisioning, configuration and deployment;
  • Continuously identify methods to simplify our architecture while increasing resiliency;
  • Assist in the implementation of infrastructure design as we expand in AWS;
  • Perform routine audits for security, capacity planning, DR, compliance, etc;
  • Providing day-to-day management of the Systems team.

Requirements:

  • Willing to take part in on-call rotation;
  • Experience managing an IT infrastructure, Network, SaaS or Devops team;
  • Experience documentation of systems, policies and procedure;
  • Comfort in supporting a global 24/7 environment;
  • Experience with cloud hosting, specifically Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, ELB, CloudFront, etc.);
  • Experience in multi-site, heterogeneous, large-scale enterprise or SaaS infrastructure;
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux (CentOS);
  • Experience managing complex projects;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline, and/or will consider relevant experience;
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems; excellent inter-personal verbal and written communication skills.
