Coordinator, Client Solutions Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Coordinator, Client Solutions to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Updating account information such as name, address and standing instructions records for RDSP plan types and other specialized administrative services;
- Process client financial requests on record keeping systems (Unitrax) for RDSPs and other specialized administrative services;
- Reviewing incoming documents and initiating service requests for any requests that are incorrect or incomplete;
- Researching, resolving, and responding to RDSP Grant and Bond filing rejects.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of RDSPs, and other Registered Product policies and procedures;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset but not required for the position;
- A professional attitude and strong customer orientation;
- Minimum three years financial industry experience in an Operations environment;
- Successful completion of the CSC and/or Operations course (IFIC) is an asset;
- Ability to excel in a team environment;
- Must be diligent, detail oriented and have strong decisive, analytical, and problem solving skills;
- Post-secondary education or related work experience;
- Proficient in Word and Excel;
- Knowledge of Mackenzie documentation and settlement processes on the Unitrax system.
