Our company is looking for a Coordinator, Client Solutions to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Updating account information such as name, address and standing instructions records for RDSP plan types and other specialized administrative services;
  • Process client financial requests on record keeping systems (Unitrax) for RDSPs and other specialized administrative services;
  • Reviewing incoming documents and initiating service requests for any requests that are incorrect or incomplete;
  • Researching, resolving, and responding to RDSP Grant and Bond filing rejects.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of RDSPs, and other Registered Product policies and procedures;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset but not required for the position;
  • A professional attitude and strong customer orientation;
  • Minimum three years financial industry experience in an Operations environment;
  • Successful completion of the CSC and/or Operations course (IFIC) is an asset;
  • Ability to excel in a team environment;
  • Must be diligent, detail oriented and have strong decisive, analytical, and problem solving skills;
  • Post-secondary education or related work experience;
  • Proficient in Word and Excel;
  • Knowledge of Mackenzie documentation and settlement processes on the Unitrax system.
