Our company is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete data entry and maintain accurate current scheduling documentation;
  • Notify clients and Field employees regarding initial and ongoing schedules. Schedule caregiver assignments and coordination of services;
  • Adhere to Everest Home Health Care’s Policies and Procedures;
  • Complete other tasks as requested;
  • Handle and document client concerns and complaints in a timely manner and as appropriate, notify the Supervisors; maintain appropriate documentation;
  • Handle and document prospective client inquiries regarding requests for care and service;
  • Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Everest Home Health Care’s personnel;
  • Appropriate administrative duties;
  • Work on assigned client programs under the direction of the Client Service Manager;
  • Demonstrating problem-solving abilities with client issues;
  • Support sales team and clients.

Requirements:

  • Merchandising/Business/Retail background;
  • Support sales team and clients;
  • Strong project administration experience;
  • Strong computer experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Retailer and client relationship building through face to face, verbal and written communication;
  • Preparation of reports for client base;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to work in fast paced & demanding environment;
  • College degree/diploma required;
  • Team player that is self-motivated and proactive;
  • Demonstrating problem-solving abilities with client issues;
  • Work on assigned client programs under the direction of the Client Service Manager;
  • Minimum three (3) years retail/merchandising or vendor related experience;
  • Appropriate administrative duties;
  • Involvement in annual project reporting & recommendations for enhancements.
