Our company is looking for a Assistant Team-Leader – Claims Assistance to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Team Leader by managing workload priorities in collaboration with workforce management;
- Support the Team Leaders by handling day to day team efficiency;
- Monitor Service Level Agreements and take action as required in order to ensure they are met;
- Support CSR’s though punctual technical coaching and continuous training.
Requirements:
- An excellent knowledge of managerial principles, customer contact center metrics and Non-Medical claims and inquiries;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products;
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask;
- 3 years of experience in related field;
- Results driven;
- Leadership qualities and motivational abilities;
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French – verbal and written;
- Exemplary customer service skills;
- College diploma or higher.
