Responsibilities:
- Work through implementation workflows with the team and solution alternatives;
- Create documentation and problem-solving SOP’s for Client Services;
- Work with the Client Services team with JavaScript, CSS and HTML Coding;
- Work with the Development team with troubleshooting and resolution of integration issues;
- Consult with and assist customers in HTML newsletter assembly and responsive email campaign generation;
- Work with team members to provide executive updates for the Operational teams;
- Identify set up risks and provide mitigation plans;
- Put together training plans and mentor team members.
