Our company is looking for a GMS Application Support Lead Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work through implementation workflows with the team and solution alternatives;
  • Create documentation and problem-solving SOP’s for Client Services;
  • Work with the Client Services team with JavaScript, CSS and HTML Coding;
  • Work with the Development team with troubleshooting and resolution of integration issues;
  • Consult with and assist customers in HTML newsletter assembly and responsive email campaign generation;
  • Work with team members to provide executive updates for the Operational teams;
  • Identify set up risks and provide mitigation plans;
  • Put together training plans and mentor team members.
