Our company is looking for a Dispatcher and Logistics Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and adjust the daily workload and staffing to minimize the unplanned overtime;
- Oversee operational logistics, resolve work-related issues;
- Keep logs and records of stock, executed orders, etc;
- Requisition materials and equipment;
- Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dispatching and logistics coordination in the automotive or furniture repair/ maintenance industry;
- Post-secondary diploma would be an asset;
- Completion of secondary School;
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Inventory maintenance experience is an asset.
