Senior Architect/Project Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Architect/Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a design/production team to produce fully coordinated architectural working drawings and project specifications;
- Conduct construction review and contract administration throughout the duration of a project;
- Communicate with construction team to provide information and solve problems;
- Review and approve shop drawings;
- Meet with clients to review project requirements.
Requirements:
- Ability to stamp drawings is not required but desirable;
- Ability to co-ordinate with multi-disciplinary consultant team;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Exceptional technical knowledge of building construction and the Ontario Building Code;
- Minimum 8 years experience with demonstrated relevant project experience;
- Ability to work within and lead a team;
- Ability to supervise production of a number of projects simultaneously.
