Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering and drafting staff;
- Prepare cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents;
- Manage small to medium-sized projects, effectively;
- Work in design office and operating plant environments;
- Engineering design and coordination of mechanical equipment, piping, and facilities;
- Participate in business development initiatives and preparation of proposals;

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering;
- Demonstrated technical writing skills; capable of writing reports, proposals, letters and technical specifications;
- Thorough working knowledge of the industry standards like API, ASME, and CSA;
- Superior and demonstrated verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and deadlines;
- Registered professional engineer in good standing in BC (P. Eng.);
- Knowledge of design and layout of equipment for operations, construction, and maintenance;
- Self-directed and highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and demonstrate flexible approach to work tasks and assignments.
