What You Will Do

• Design deploy test and optimize large-scale Cisco LAN WAN Wi-Fi and SD-WAN network environments.

• Troubleshoot network issues provide operational support and participate in incident response and root cause analysis activities.

• Support the implementation of new network technologies and integrate them into existing enterprise architectures.

• Develop and maintain network documentation standards operational procedures and testing plans.

• Automate network operations and infrastructure tasks using modern tools and technologies to improve efficiency and reliability.

Who You Are

• 4 or more years experience in designing supporting and troubleshooting enterprise Cisco networking environments including routing switching wireless and SD-WAN technologies with a related university degree OR a two-year technical diploma in IT Computer Science Networking Engineering or a related subject area. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Knowledgeable in advanced networking protocols such as BGP OSPF EIGRP MPLS VxLAN VPC and related technologies.

• Skilled in network automation and infrastructure management using tools such as Python PowerShell Ansible Terraform GitOps or similar technologies.

• A strong problem solver who can assess complex network challenges identify risks and deliver practical solutions.

• An effective communicator who collaborates well with technical and non-technical stakeholders and thrives in fast-paced project-driven environments.

Assets: Experience with Cisco ISE Cisco Catalyst Center Versa Director ServiceNow SolarWinds Splunk ITIL processes Agile methodologies DevOps/DevSecOps practices cloud networking and emerging network technologies.

Working Conditions:

• Work performed in a typical office environment with infrequent travel to the US and across Canada. Will also have on call schedule rotation every 5 weeks.

Salary: $80000-$105000 USD. Salary will be based on candidate experience skills and internal equity.
