Digital Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Canada. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will own and evolve a multi-channel digital marketing engine focused on generating qualified demand and accelerating growth. You will manage paid search, social, display, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website experiences across the customer journey. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, giving you significant autonomy over campaigns, optimization, and digital initiatives. You will turn performance data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and marketing ROI. Working closely with Content, Product Marketing, Sales, agencies, and technology partners, you will connect digital activity to broader business priorities. You will also shape website and landing-page experiences, removing friction and improving how prospects move through the funnel. Accountabilities: - Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid search, paid social, and display advertising campaigns to capture high-intent demand and generate qualified leads. - Develop and execute SEO and SEM initiatives designed to increase the quality and volume of organic and paid traffic. - Build and manage integrated email marketing campaigns and communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Manage and continuously improve the corporate website and landing pages, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and increase lead conversion. - Monitor web, campaign, paid media, and email performance and translate data into actionable recommendations to improve ROI. - Analyze funnel performance, CPC trends, lead quality, and conversion behavior to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities.

- Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to align digital campaigns and media investment with product launches and broader marketing priorities. - Manage relationships with digital agencies, software vendors, and other external partners, ensuring deliverables are high quality and delivered on schedule. - Coordinate multiple digital initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality. - Continuously test new approaches, technologies, and creative solutions to improve digital performance and customer engagement. Requirements: - Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel digital marketing programs and projects, ideally in a results-oriented environment. - Strong hands-on knowledge of paid search, paid social, display advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, website optimization, and digital analytics. - Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including SQL, as well as modern CMS platforms. - Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, HTML, and CSS. - Experience using web and marketing analytics to diagnose funnel performance, assess campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions. - Ability to connect advertising metrics such as CPC and conversion rates with lead quality and broader business outcomes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical approach to turning data into measurable improvements. - Highly autonomous and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working across Marketing, Sales, Product, agencies, and technology partners.
