Sr. Global Product Marketing Manager, Consumer Digital

This senior-level role will shape the marketing strategy and commercial success of consumer-facing digital products, features, and services. You’ll bring together market intelligence, customer insights, product strategy, and go-to-market expertise to drive meaningful business outcomes. The position works at the intersection of product, marketing, revenue, sales, and customer support teams across global markets. You’ll influence product positioning, messaging, pricing, launch strategies, adoption, engagement, retention, and long-term growth. The role offers the opportunity to shape connected healthcare experiences and help translate evolving consumer behaviors into product opportunities. You’ll manage complex cross-functional initiatives while balancing strategic priorities, timelines, resources, and measurable results. Accountabilities - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify market opportunities, emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. - Develop clear product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for consumer digital products, features, and services. - Lead go-to-market planning in partnership with product, marketing, revenue, sales, customer support, and other cross-functional teams. - Develop practical go-to-market playbooks that support product launches, adoption, engagement, retention, and sustainable growth. - Define pricing, placement, and promotional strategies that balance customer value, market dynamics, and business objectives.

- Monitor product performance, customer engagement, and relevant commercial metrics to identify optimization and growth opportunities. - Translate customer feedback, behavioral insights, and market intelligence into actionable recommendations that inform product strategy and future development. - Build visibility and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating priorities, plans, progress, outcomes, and recommendations. - Manage complex strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, resources, and competing priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables. - Use data and market insights to support decisions addressing both immediate performance objectives and longer-term product growth. - Identify opportunities arising from emerging technologies, evolving consumer behaviors, and market trends to strengthen product marketing strategies. - Contribute to the continued development of a consumer digital ecosystem connecting healthcare experiences, digital engagement, and customer outcomes. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Strong product marketing experience in consumer technology, healthcare, digital health, or a related industry. - Demonstrated experience bringing digital products, features, or services to market and supporting them throughout their lifecycle. - Proven experience contributing to growth in adoption, engagement, retention, expansion, or other meaningful outcomes for consumer-facing products. - Strong market research, analytical, strategic planning, and commercial problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable product marketing and business strategies. - Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
