Credits & Collections Administrator

As Credit & Collections Administrator you:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts, payments, and collections activities
- Ensure all billings are received by clients in a timely and proper manner
- Promptly following up with clients to expedite collections on overdue accounts
- Prepare monthly reports for management, summarizing credit and collection performance, aging accounts
- Analyze and investigate disputes or discrepancies
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve customer account issues
- Process customer payments, refunds, account adjustments, and reconciliations
- Other administrative and project related tasks as assigned
Our ideal candidate has:
- University/College Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin or relevant experience.
- 2-4 years of experience with a high volume of transactions.
- Strong analytical, organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Dynamics or other ERP software.
- Ability to establish trusted relationship with internal/external clients.
