Director Revenue Fp&A Strategy

Lead revenue planning and forecasting at Benevity through advanced financial modeling, executive reporting, and go-to-market partnership in a flexible hybrid environment.As Director, FP&A, you will own revenue targets, forecasts, and scenario analysis across Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, and GTM Operations. You will connect pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion drivers to financial outcomes. The position also leads sales compensation planning and develops team capability.Key Responsibilities:
Set bookings, ARR, revenue targets, quotas, and territory capacityLead company-wide revenue forecast cycles with GTM OperationsBuild executive dashboards and standardized revenue performance reportingDesign, audit, and administer sales commission plansCoach Revenue Operations and FP&A team membersRequirements:
8+ years in FP&A, revenue operations, or sales finance3+ years leading people in a related functionAdvanced financial modeling and planning software experienceSalesforce, BI, and SaaS or fintech metrics knowledgeBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldShape Benevity’s revenue strategy with forecasting, sales compensation, executive insight, and cross-functional financial leadership.
