Lead revenue planning and forecasting at Benevity through advanced financial modeling, commission design, and trusted go-to-market reporting. This role uses a flexible hybrid approach.As Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will connect FP&A with Revenue Operations across Benevity’s go-to-market organization. You will set bookings, ARR, and revenue targets while partnering with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Finance. The position turns pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion data into executive decisions.Key Responsibilities:
Own revenue targets, quotas, and territory capacity planningLead company-wide revenue forecasting with GTM OperationsBuild scenario analyses and connected financial modelsDevelop executive dashboards and standardized revenue reportingDesign and oversee sales commission plans and controlsRequirements:
8+ years in FP&A, revenue operations, or sales finance3+ years leading people, preferably in SaaS or fintechExperience administering incentives through CaptivateIQ or XactlyAdvanced modeling with planning software and NetSuiteStrong Salesforce, Tableau, communication, and coaching skillsBring revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and go-to-market leadership to Benevity’s connected FP&A and Revenue Operations team.
