We invite applications for the temporary position of:
- 0.40 FTE Upper Intermediate French Immersion and English Intermediate Teacher
- Contact Days: Wednesday & Thursday
- Fluency in spoken and written French is required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate education, training, and/or experience in the following areas:
- Inquiry Based Learning
- Pedagogy of Play
- Land-based learning that connects to decolonizing and indigenizing
- Classroom management and positive behaviour approach
- Social-emotional Learning
- Embedding the core competencies in everyday learning
- Current inclusive education practices
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A collaborative team approach in teaching and planning
- Inclusive practices that support the wide range of learning needs within the classroom
