Client Partner in Hybrid Environment

Assume a pivotal role as a Client Partner in a hybrid setting, focusing on achieving sales quotas and managing key client relationships. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving strategic growth. With a minimum of 5 years in account management or consultative sales, you will work closely with global brands to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Develop comprehensive account plans and engage in high-level negotiations with C-suite executives to ensure alignment with client goals. Your strategic approach is key to overcoming challenges and fostering long-term retention. Key Responsibilities:
- Own a sales quota and achieve defined revenue targets
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities
- Lead quarterly account planning sessions
- Collaborate on proposals and pricing models
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
- 5+ years in client partnership or account management
- Experience with significant revenue accounts
- High comfort level when negotiating with executives
- Understanding of unified commerce trends
- Knowledge of Shopify ecosystem is a plus
