Principal Product Designer - UI Systems

Join a transformative role as a Principal Product Designer with TechCore’s Product Design Team. You'll focus on system-level UI/UX design while working remotely and impacting product landscapes globally. This equity partner position requires at least 7 years of product or UX design experience. You’ll lead the architectural vision for UI systems, collaborating closely with engineers and leadership. Your role extends beyond visual aesthetics to designing holistic user experiences across various platforms and tools. Key Responsibilities:
• Architect comprehensive interface systems for diverse tools
• Prototype interaction flows in Figma or similar
• Build and enhance design systems and components
• Oversee high-impact UI/UX projects from concept to launch
• Collaborate with teams to define interaction logic and transitions Requirements:
• 7–10 years in product or UX design
• Expertise in complex, multi-surface tools
• Strong skills in Figma and design systems
• Ability to prototype independently
