Creative Project Manager at Stantec

Take on a Project Manager role with Stantec’s Buildings team, focused on innovative design and sustainability. Lead significant projects ensuring quality design practices around the globe. Your primary responsibility will be managing complex tasks on medium to large projects with guidance from a Senior Designer or Architect. You will be involved in all project phases and will keep the Principal updated on progress and deliverables while ensuring the project adheres to budget and timeline constraints. Mentoring Assistant Project Managers will also be essential to your success in fostering effective teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex tasks across medium to large projects
• Plan and direct project workflows throughout each phase
• Report project updates to the Principal regularly
• Lead design initiatives to satisfy client budget and deadlines
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and engage teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience with medium to large project management
• Understanding of negotiation and project agreements
• Ability to inspire and guide project teams
• Proficient in budget and timeline management
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills
