Boomi Developer (Salesforce)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using Boomi , Workato , or Celigo
• Develop Salesforce-to-Salesforce integrations with bi-directional sync and conflict resolution logic
• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement scalable integration workflows
• Utilize Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and iPaaS connectors to automate and orchestrate business processes
• Transform and map data between systems using JSON , XML , and middleware tools
• Implement native Salesforce integration features like Platform Events , Change Data Capture (CDC) , and External Services
• Develop and optimize automations using Flows , Process Builder , and Apex
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration flows, mappings, and troubleshooting procedures
• Monitor and resolve integration issues using middleware tools and Salesforce debug logs
• Ensure all integrations adhere to platform security and Salesforce governor limits
• Keep up with Salesforce and iPaaS platform updates to enhance integration strategies
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders and end users

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via iPaaS tools (Boomi, Workato, Celigo)
• Experience maintaining synchronized data flows between multiple Salesforce orgs
• Proficient with Salesforce integration patterns , including Platform Events and event-driven architecture
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model , relationships, and declarative automation tools
• Skilled in working with API payloads (JSON/XML) and building data transformations within middleware platforms
• Familiar with OAuth , Named Credentials , and secure integration practices
• Working knowledge of Apex , including triggers, classes, and frameworks
• Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Preferred: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Integration Architect)
• Bonus: Middleware certifications (Boomi, Workato, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00-$75.00 per hour
