We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.
To ensure success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company.
Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices.
Ensure the best possible quality with minimal technical debt.
Work with existing Salesforce Orgs to assess and correct technical debt associated with force.Help design and develop proprietary intellectual property for the practice.
Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships.
Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80% code coverage.
Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production.
Write documentation and provide technical training for Salesforce users.
Maintain strict security and integrity standards in all Salesforce environments.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technical field.

• 6-8 years’ experience working in the Salesforce Ecosystem.
• Experience developing customer-facing UI/UX.
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
• Ability to collaborate with Salesforce Consultants and clients.
• Proficient in SQL/SOQL, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Flows, Process Builder, Workflows.
• Salesforce Certified Developer Certifications.

Hours of work and travel expectations may vary based on role scope and are considered in determining compensation. Compensation includes base salary and any non-discretionary bonuses or commissions.
