Nous recherchons un Intégrateur Salesforce Full Stack pour contribuer à un projet gouvernemental à très haute visibilité lié à un portail de services de garde.
La personne retenue interviendra autant sur les volets front-end que back-end de la plateforme Salesforce. Elle devra être capable de travailler dans un environnement complexe, de collaborer avec des équipes de différents niveaux et de faire preuve de résilience, d’autonomie et de maturité professionnelle.
Le rôle comprend la configuration et la personnalisation de Salesforce, le développement de code, la mise en place d’intégrations API, la résolution de problèmes techniques ainsi que la réalisation des tests et des activités de déploiement.
Exigences et compétences techniquesExigences principales
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en technologies de l’information
- Minimum de 1 an d’expérience avec Salesforce CRM
- Expérience dans au moins un projet d’intégration API avec Salesforce
- Expérience avec les tests et les processus CI/CD de base
- Expérience dans des projets de personnalisation de Salesforce
- Capacité à intervenir sur les volets front-end et back-end
- Bonne compréhension des capacités techniques et fonctionnelles de Salesforce
- Expérience en configuration d’intégrations ou de connecteurs entre Salesforce et d’autres applications
- Expérience en analyse et résolution de bogues liés aux données ou au traitement des données
- Maîtrise du français
- Résidence obligatoire au Québec

- Ajuster et faire évoluer les applications et le code personnalisés dans Salesforce
- Traduire les besoins d’affaires et techniques en solutions Salesforce bien conçues
- Configurer et personnaliser les fonctionnalités de la plateforme
- Développer, tester, analyser et déployer du code de qualité
- Configurer les intégrations et connecteurs entre Salesforce et les systèmes externes
- Participer au développement front-end et back-end
- Diagnostiquer et corriger les bogues et problèmes de traitement des données
- Concevoir et gérer les plans de tests
- Exécuter les tests STT et les tests de régression
- Participer aux activités CI/CD
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de réalisation et les différentes parties prenantes
- Respecter les processus, normes et méthodes internes du client
