Job Description
NAPA/CMAX stores offer paint products, equipment, and supplies for body repair, a complete system for mixing spray paint, and expertise in color matching.
We are looking for a Sales Representative for our CMAX paint division located in Lasalle

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good business relationships with existing and new customers by implementing sales growth initiatives at the national, regional, and district levels, as well as promoting CMAX parts and programs.
Your main responsibilities:
- Visit body repair shops and other businesses using paint and body repair products to promote CMAX Paint and Body and its programs.
- Work closely with manufacturers' sales forces, Multi-Line, and other sales teams at the head office on plans developed by the management team.
- Collaborate with district sales managers and store managers to develop sales growth plans for existing customers and identify new body repair shops and businesses using paint products within the assigned territory.
- Collect market data and follow up on issues related to services or products with designated district sales and store managers.
- Provide pricing recommendations for accounts. Assist in recovering overdue accounts and ensure that purchasing terms are respected.
Qualifications
To join our team, you will need, among other things:
- 2 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of body shop operations (an asset).
