Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This on-site position that is based out of our Calgary, AB Eaton location. The targeted salary range for this role is $ 84,000 - 105,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales success? As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting product sales across your territory by interpreting specifications, generating accurate quotes, and providing timely technical support. You'll engage directly with customers, channel partners, and manufacturing teams to identify opportunities and turn them into wins. With minimal supervision, you'll use a mix of sales support strategies to meet order and revenue goals—while delivering smart, customer-focused solutions that make a real impact. What will you do? Sales - Provide technical support on electrical products, assemblies and services to customers and channel, including application and pricing assistance. Prepare sales proposals based on customer requirements while meeting timeline expectations. Utilize pricing tools to complete competitive professional quotations. Collaboration - Support outside sales representatives with quotation follow-up and competitive activity reporting. Assist outside sales representatives and channel on opportunity identification, quotation, order entry, production tracking and shipping. Customer Relationships - Build relationships with customers, channel and internal personnel to enhance long term business growth. Partner with channel to create focus and enhance market reputation.Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values, as well as Safety and Environmental standards. Qualifications: Basic Required Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Technology or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 1 year of technical experience in the electrical industry. No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: CET or Electrical P.
