- Lead a multidisciplinary healthcare team in acute and emergency settings
- Manage daily patient assignments and staff scheduling
- Facilitate interdisciplinary rounds and discharge planning
- Oversee budget and risk management activities
- Promote teamwork and continuous improvement efforts
- Active CRNA registration and practice permit
- Minimum five years nursing experience in acute care
- At least two years management experience in a union setting
- Current BCLS-HCP certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
