- Oversee daily operations of acute care and emergency services
- Manage interdisciplinary team dynamics and performance
- Coordinate patient assignment and staff scheduling
- Implement budget monitoring and risk management
- Facilitate continuous improvement in care delivery
- CRNA registration and valid practice permit
- Five years of relevant nursing experience needed
- Two years in a management role in a union setting
- Current BCLS-HCP certification required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
