- Conduct training needs assessments for various personnel
- Develop and coordinate technical training programs nationwide
- Monitor compliance with training requirements across locations
- Prepare performance reports and manage training records
- Administer the tuition reimbursement process efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields
- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Familiarity with industrial environments and oil/gas sectors
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within Alberta
