License Owner & Operator, Edmonton

Stranger Soccer

Love football (soccer) and have an entrepreneurial mindset?

Stranger Soccer is expanding across key cities worldwide and is seeking a License Owner to launch and grow the Stranger Soccer operation in Edmonton.

This is not a salaried management role—it's an opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to build and operate something of their own while making football more accessible in their local community. We're looking for someone ambitious, community-driven, and passionate about the game.

Does This Sound Like You?

Visit and explore the "Bring Stranger Soccer to Your City" section to learn more.

If this opportunity aligns with your goals, complete the interest form to start the conversation. We also recommend downloading the Stranger Soccer app to experience the platform firsthand.

Your Responsibilities

Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Edmonton
Recruit, train, and manage a small local team (2–3 people), supported by Official Hosts
Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities
Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives
Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience
Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams

What We're Looking For

Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community
Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles
An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
A strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow Stranger Soccer locally
Motivation to deliver results, with rewards tied to performance and growth

About Stranger Soccer

Football is loved by billions, yet many still struggle to play regularly. Stranger Soccer makes playing football as easy and convenient as going for a jog or visiting the gym.

Our app lets players discover nearby games, book a spot, and simply turn up to play.

Founded in Singapore, Stranger Soccer now operates across 10+ cities and has delivered over 100,000 games worldwide. We're looking for passionate License Owners who want to bring this experience to their communities—whether you call it Fussball, Fútbol, Calcio, or football.

Our Mission

To make playing football as easy as going for a jog.

Our Vision

A world where playing football is as popular and accessible as watching football.

Ready to be part of the journey?

We'd love to hear from you.
