CBI Home Health is looking to hire a temporary, 1-year contract Clinical Educator in Edmonton, AB.

Develop and deliver clinical education programs, orientations, workshops, and training for frontline staff.

Assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and provide coaching and competency support.

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and quality teams to develop and improve training programs.

Ensure education initiatives align with legislation, accreditation standards, organizational policies, and quality objectives.

Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to support staff performance and client outcomes.

Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives through education and training.

Maintain training materials, equipment, and learning environments.

Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing development of staff and administrative team members.

Adhere to health and safety requirements, infection prevention protocols, and privacy/confidentiality standards.

Registered Licensed Practical Nurse with the CLHA, in good standing.

Preferred minimum of two (2) years of training experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, and the ability to learn new programs specific to the business.

Demonstrated educator/training experience both in-person and virtually is required.

Valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle for work related travel.

Flexibility to travel for work if required.
