Strategic Director of Workforce Operations

- Direct workforce operations with strategic oversight
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure executed strategies
- Standardize processes in recruiting, onboarding, and training
- Optimize safety and performance across field operations
- Track KPIs and champion continuous improvement
- 8–10+ years of experience in workforce management
- Proven leadership skills in operational settings
- Skilled in designing and improving processes
- Familiarity with operational systems and tools
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
