With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.What You’ll Do Day-To-DayHandle routine administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.Provide phone coverage and route technical issues appropriately.Open, sort and distribute incoming mail.Perform word-processing of drafted documents and proofread for accuracy and completeness.Distribute documents and correspondence.Perform basic database entry and file maintenance of customer information and/ or internal company records such as vacation log, training needs, timekeeping reports, personnel files, and general department files.Process office supply requisitions, facilities requests, graphics services requests and office equipment repair requests.Make travel arrangements and schedules meetings. What You'll BringHigh School diploma or equivalent education.Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and files efficiently. Total Rewards PackageSalary: $21.90-$28.60/hr CAD and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
